1. Introduction and Scope
Korrelated, LLC ("Korrelated," "we," "us," or "our") is a California limited liability company committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website korrelated.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. Korrelated develops software products independently, in partnership with others, and on behalf of clients. Our individual products maintain their own privacy policies that address product-specific data practices. For example, the privacy policy for Kanvio is available at kanv.io/privacy.html.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through our contact form, including your name, email address, subject, and message content. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service.

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies for analytics or advertising purposes. If we introduce cookies in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly. You can control cookies at any time through your browser settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests submitted through the contact form

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers in connection with the Site:
- Formspree: Processes contact form submissions (name, email, subject, and message content). Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosts the Site via Amazon S3 and CloudFront. AWS may collect server logs including IP addresses, browser information, and access timestamps. AWS's privacy policy is available at aws.amazon.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

- With Your Consent: In any other circumstances where you have provided your consent
6. Do Not Track Disclosure
The Site does not track users across third-party websites and does not use behavioral tracking technologies. Because the Site does not engage in tracking, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless there is an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation requiring longer retention
- Server logs: Retained by AWS according to their standard log retention practices, typically no longer than 90 days
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
