Welcome to korrelated.com (the "Site"), operated by Korrelated, LLC ("Korrelated," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. Korrelated develops software products independently, in partnership with others, and on behalf of clients. Our individual products maintain their own terms of service. For example, the terms of service for Kanvio are available at kanv.io/terms.html.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site

• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by Korrelated, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Korrelated name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Korrelated, LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

3. No Offer of Services

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or commitment to provide software development services or enter into a business relationship. Any engagement between Korrelated and a client or partner will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Korrelated, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KORRELATED, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KORRELATED, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korrelated, LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
